Shipping is pretty fair, Customer servie is great.. The Pricing is due to the Shipment costs, and still nets them a small product mark up.. overall good company to buy from.. HLJ is better IMHO, but whatever..I'd say Just remember it's coming from Japan..so orders that are placed should be done with the bubble wrapping for import..
