sigh...true my friend, but others here do not see them in a negative light, defending them as shrewd businessmen, and making us who call 'em scalpers whiners and stuff like that.

again,
normal seller = extra fig or two, sell/start bid at a little over MSRP, let customer demand determine final price
scalpers = hoard + sell at high BIN/starting bid

sadly, some don't see it that way.

honestly i don't see the point of engaging in this viewpoint anymore, lest it turn into another unwholesome debate. i don't wanna go down that argument anymore. so yeah, just remind them that what goes around comes around. 'nuff said.

Yeah don't waste time hunting through normal channels. Wait for some to become available online through online stores, then pre-order. Worth the extra few dollars rather than paying these b-----ds too much over RRP.

We do not need to rehash this subject again at this time. If you need helping figuring out how to find the figure in your area, please let me know and I will be more than happy to show you how to use the toy sightings section to your benefit so that you can beat "scalpers" to the punch.

You're in the Philipines. You're situation is a little different than ours. There are 38 Targets within a 40 mile radius where I live. I went back to the Target where my buddy Paul and I bought 2 cases (8 figures total) of Target exclusive G1 Starscream. Guess what's been sitting on the shelves there not moving this past week? Another 6 Starscreams and 12 G1 colored Jazzes. Those figures have most likely been overproduced ... they'll be pegsitters. You can twist my words around and say that we defend "scalpers" as shrewd businessman or you guys can pay attention to what it is that we're trying to share with you. I've offered to help you guys find figures over and over again and figure out how to use the toy sightings section yet instead of taking me up on that offer, some of you just wish to continue complaining. Take me up on my offer and you'll see why I'm putting my foot down on this issue.
