What is the single worst transformers protype you have ever seen?

I know alot of people on here goto botcon each year, and they have had the honor of seeing alot of the protypes that hasbro shows off. So which one is uglyest, or worst figure it can be for any reason at all doesn't matter lack of articulation etc... Since I have never been to a botcon I assume that the only picture that are taken and then posted are of the good looking protypes. So go ahead tell me and the other members all about them.

I was going to say Movie Leader Megatron, but that Unicron is pretty damn bad.
Nope still going to have to go with Movie Megatron. they barely even changed his paint scheme from the prototype.

Well the bottom one is not G1. It is a prototype from the late 90s. I want the original G1 prototype. The alt mode looks awesome and it is definately a part of Transformer history.
I guess it goes hand in had with my Diaclone/Microman desires.
