I am just curious.

After all, he is just a repaint of Optimus.

If your a completionist yes. If not just get the Optimus Prime Alt.

He isn't really worth all the extra money, as the Dodge Ram alt is one of the less impressive alternators made.
If you want a Dodge Ram, get the Prime figure, but if you really want Nemesis Prime, then don't build yourself up too much for him.

Once you touched the Alternators line, you think one figure per mould would work, soon you'll find you want more, you will become a completionist not even knowing it yourself.
Bonsai to seeing all 27 Alternators parked together on your collector's gallery!!!
Ouch to your poor bank account!!!

Yes! The paint scheme works much better for Nemesis Prime. Awesome figure, get it while you can!

Nemesis Prime is great on looks, OK on substance. Some joints are quite loose (thigh swivel & knee, if I remember correctly, so need some fixing to make him stand rock solid). But in terms of looks, he looks a lot better than the red Prime. I actuallu quite like the Dodge Ram mold, even though I am not a fan of the vehicle. And end up getting the Nemesis, and skipped the red Prime. Just having one Prime, the MP Prime (in scale with BT/Alternator) is good enough for me. And this makes it even a better reason to have Nemesis. A badass Decepticon, and not just a Prime variant.

Around 60, but I'm pretty sure I can get it down to 55.

Nemisis Prime's colors works better than the original in my opinion.
Nemisis Prime just looks Bad Ass and is my favorite Alt!

If you're completist for Alternators, yes. If you don't have the Optimus Prime version, again, yes. If it's under $70, yes. Be warned, he is one of the weaker molds from Alternators but I much prefer him to Optimus Prime.

By this time, any Binaltech/Alternator is worth buying. The line has ended. Prices can only go up.

If you have any interest, get him now. I also noticed that the Nemesis Prime version of the Ram mold holds together better than my Optimus Prime version. Not sure why, but it just seems to be of slightly higher quality...

Just like the case of MP Skywarp.

I feel your pain. Got Serve to end the line just a few weeks ago.
I have it, but it is still in the box. Looks nice though.

its not bad, but its not good.... now its up to you really, if you want him go for him, or if you have extra cash lying around, go for it. but if he's going for more that 60, i say pass, unless you really need him.

He's hard to find for a decent price, but he's way cooler than regular Prime, in my opinion. I skipped on OP, but Nemesis was a must-buy for me.
If you don't mind a loose (not packaged) figure, try going that route. I got mine for $35 a short while back. While still more expensive than it originally was, it's a steal considering the going rate for MISB ones on eBay, as well as the fact that it was an exclusive.

If you can get the figure for a decent price I would say go for it. The black repaint is very nice, and adds pretty well to the Decepticon Alt's on display. He use to be the "Leader" of my Decepticon Alternators in the display, but he's been cast to second since I put MP Starscream in the display (won't fit in my Starscream collection).
I think one of the coolest things on the Dodge Ram mold is the engine gun, pretty hefty and mean looking.

I don't feel like a completionist is necessary. Just one of each mold will do. Then mix them up with Tamiya model kits. You'll have a whole bunch for a cheaper budget.

If your into the whole "NEMISIS" thing than yes cause he does look great in black.
If your into the whole rare exclusive thing, than again, yes.
However if your into the actual transformation of a bot and playability, I'd say no. Alt Prime, although he has alot of good qualities, just isn't worth, the NEMISIS mark up price. Just get regular Prime and be moderetly happy with that.
So realy, it's all about what YOU the consumer wants.

Agreed, I'm not a repaint endorser even in a line as kick ass as the ALTs!
I can do better things with my money than spend it in repitition(beer, food, and bills excluded).

Sure Beats Hounds Pellet gun.
I played around with my Alt Prime last night, he isn't a horrible figure in the slightest, its just in comparison to his alt line brethren he is a tad disappointing.
