Number, uh, codes...

I've heard many a story on here about people going in dtores and asking the employees to check the back for these coded numebers for G1 Jazz and Starscream. Can anyone give me these numbers for (and what they are acually called:
G1 Jazz
G1 Starscream
Dropkick
Leader Prime

They're called DPCIs, an inventory system used in Target only, and only designate classes of figures, not individual ones. A DPCI for a Target exclusive is good enough to track that specific figure, but a Deluxe Class DPCI will only tell you that there's a Deluxe case of some kind in-stock, not which wave and not which specific figures are there.
In other words, DPCIs won't do you any good in finding Dropkick, and only marginally helpful to get Prime.

Where can You find it? I was looking around the box and can't find it. Is it under the barcode?

It's not going to be anywhere on the box, because only Target uses it. The only ways to get it are from Target receipts or (usually in advance of release) from employees working at Target that find the listings.
