Least favorite Transformer in your collection

Point me in the right direction if this type of thread already exists.
We've all probably got figures we regret buying, more or less. SO which figure in your collection would you consider the worst. Based on whatever you want, i.e., crap alt or bot mode, no articulation, horrible transformation, color scheme, etc.
Of my fairly small collection, mine would have to be Energon Doom-Lock. This little guy's just about worthless. His Bot mode is goofy looking at best and he barely has a transformation. His dino head pops up and his bot turns around, transformation over. Nothing good to say about it really.
What about any of you guys/gals?

Titanium RiD Optimus Prime. Bought it on impulse when I found Rodimus. Plus I don't care for a firetruck altmode for Prime.
edit: fire truck is censored?

First post, hey guys.
My collection is in it's infancy but I felt I needed to post this as it's been bugging me, but Cybertron Skywarp is such an awful Transformer. It's too rubbery and plasticy, and the transformation is badly designed and it never stays as it should do once in bot mode, the left arm is impossible to keep in place. It looked so good it it's pack before I opened it.
Thing is, I love the Cybertron range and it means that when I finally get Thundercracker for my collection, that is going to be just as disappointing.

Yellow Cybertron Scrapmetal: Bleh!
I painted it blue and gave it Energon Air Raid/Treadshot's head.
He is now Rumble.

I don't buy Transformers I don't want or find ugly, so my collection is 100% awesome.

Titanium Soundwave. Really crappy bot mode, really crappy alt mode. Aside from that cool mini Laserbeak, he really should have been more like Rodimus.

I can't stand movie Jazz at all. Ugly robot mode, cheap build overall...just crap.

I like all my figures except for movie Signal Flare. But I don't hate him, I just thought he wasn't worth it.

Well aren't you special

Out of the 100% awesomeness that is your collection you still don't have a least favorite?

Armada Hot Shot. There is simply no excuse for his arms not being able to move at the shoulders. Hell, I never liked that on G1 Hot Rod.

RID Megatron.
Six modes, all of 'em look like crap, and his botmode has got so much kibble hanging off of it, that he's never going to make it out of his gray sterilite tub in my basement.
What an unworthy adversary for such a cool prime!

ok, this is cheating but remake swoop. it looks OK BUT it just feels so flimsy that I cant help but feel i got soo ripped off, possibly the only toy i look at an think 'why the hell did i get that'
as for the real TF. maybe cybertron downshift, im not sure why, hes still cool, maybe just a bit dull. then again i tend to not buy stuff unless i really want it or in the case of $10 toys in stores, if they are ok upwards (i find some toys grow on me, this one didnt).

G1 Devastator. Impossible to put together, and as brittle as a middle-schooler's self-esteem

For a 1st post ... you couldn't have done better. I feel the EXACT same way about him. He's the only deluxe Cybertron figure that I opened. He looked so cool sitting in the package. Also, his bot picture on the card looked promising.
After this experience ... I sold all of the MISB Cybertron figs that I owned.(about 17 of them)
I have since picked up some voyagers and a supreme starscream, but I'm using them for trades.
I'm still keeping my scout armorhide though. He's really cool.

What he says.
Same goes for me, but I couldn't find a single Movie Blackout, so I had to go with the 2-pack instead.
Skorponok is going in the box where I keep TF's not fit for display. The rest are broken vintage ones from my childhood.
I did recently sell a few Cybertron figures I'd gotten while I was attempting to be a completist... but they weren't bad figures, just not what I'm looking for.

Movie Blackout is terrible. Crappy blades, and Scoponok won't stay in his little compartment. Plus he's a pain to transform. So he gets an A for movie design, D for a toy. Transforming Barricade makes me want to strangle a squirrel, but once he's in either mode he's not too bad.

I know how many people love this one, but I'm going to have to say classics Jetfire. I have him next to three of my masterpiece veritech fighters and it reminds me of a baby veritech. This was the figure that got me back into transformer. My expectations may have been set a little high though. I would have said Leader Megatron, but I kind of like the work I'm doing to him now.
