hey guys i was surfing around ebay when i found an interesting auction for a prototype fortress maximus head(cerebros) any thoughts?

That looks more like a knockoff than a protoype. Aren't test shots all the same color?

Trying to remember what I paid for my Cerebros figure. I'd like to know what the reserve is.

No, Test Shots are whatever color plastic is closest at hand at the time, and sometimes are a mix of colored and transparent plastics.

... I think?

The colours on test shots depend on a lot of things. The early ones will be almost random as far ascolours go (though these days they tend to be a unioform random colour). Later ones will generally be almost the same as the actual release version.

As for this, I would have no way of knowing if it is or isnt. What I do know is it's not for me thanks.
