I thought I should post this (and registered to do so)
so I apologize (albeit sarcastically) if some of you
get angry for my posting something that may be listed
already BUT

Deluxe Classics are half off at Walmarts everywhere right
now (says the check out guy) I just decided to stop by tonight on the way home (sebring, FL)and LOW AND BEHOLD I picked up ramjet, mirage, grimlock, starscream and the mini con teams.

I still can't believe I got all those deluxes
for 5 dollars each!!!

They also had a boat load of JetFire's, but I never cared much for the character design. Give me robotech or nothing at all, ya know?

Just thought y'all'd like to know.

has anyone else gotten this deal?

Yeah, even if I saw them on sale, I got em all. All I could do would be to snag another Screamer and embarass myself trying to repaint him into TCracker.

Another Classics Megs for $10 though...

I'll just tell you how it happened.

I was in a rush but I figured, "hell, you're already here
(in walmart) why not check the transformer isle real quick?"

So I did and was happy to find a ram jet and everyone I
mentioned. I quickly gathered the ones I wanted and headed
over to sporting goods because there's never a line
there. I saw the guy ring them up like everything was fine
but on the little scanner it said: Ramjet: $5.00 and etc.

Now, even though I'm quietly doing back flips in my head, I don't want to draw any attention to this so I just stand
there thinking the guys making mistakes.

Then we got to talking and after finally getting my receipt
it says something to the effect of:

"TFC Ramjet: was 9.98, your price: 5.00. YOU SAVED 4.98!"

It was like that on all of them. So I asked the guy and he said they were like that at all walmarts. "making room for something else I guess"

I said "cool, probably the movie stuff" He agreed, we geeked out a little bit, I left the store, got home, gave the GF her mentrual crap, opened toys, and posted it here.

go ahead and price check one. I was very pleasantly
surprised is all I'm saying. I mean hell I thought it was awesome I found a ramjet, grimlock, and a mirage at all
much less at half price!

Well not all Walworlds have the same specials/sales . There are two Walmarts by me relatively close and they have different sales all the time. Maybe it was a manager special. Thanks for telling us though. It would have been great if we all could have participated.

Im going to walmart tomorrow so i'll see if its the same out here in NY. I'll check both walmarts and i'll let you guys know.

That's why you keep your reciepts. You buy them at $5 each, then return those toys with the old reciepts!

Ditto I still need Rodimus, Jetfire, Cliffjumper, Ramjet, and the Magnus vs. Skywarp 2-pack, but I'm DIRT POOR.

If they are on sale im about to spend my last $40 on TFs today. Well maybe $20 i do want to get a cheap 360 game.

The CL Ramjet and minicon packs I purchased here in MI were not on sale as described. I bought mine Saturday too.

Just bought Skyfire out here in ny and he wasnt on sale.Price checked CLassic bumblebee he wasnt on sale. Either you people out there are special or you lie.
