I have a few teenie tiny nicks on the paint on some of my 'Formers. Are there any, like, good markers that will be able to touch up the little nicks?

I would suggest using some Testors acrylic paints.
Markers are likely to rub off.

I work in print so trust my words. Markers will change color over time, and the only brand that will give a good color selection is prisma, your talking $50-$100 usd.

I suggest a GOOD set of acryllic paints. Taken care of well won't dry out for a year or two, and color doesn't change. Acryllic sticks to plastic much better than enamel, and sticks to paper and metal well too. For most its easier to work with than enamel as well.

I used Humbrol paints to touch up lil nicks on Ratchet,
Ironhide Sunstereaker and wheeljack's feet...

Also water soluable color pencils on very very small torn worn sticker corners ...

Some reprolable colors wear off easy ...like say.. red from Kickback's heels!

So I shouldn't use markers?

Then what do I use for the black dot scratch on Encore Megatron's head?

Least my old Meg's head is gray unpainted plastic...
I gave it a good polish once.

If the scratch is on the face.. well..
Any dab of silver paint with a small brush perhaps?

I've had some cheapo Maston 600celcius withstanding silver
spray leftover from car work.. used it on rusty old exhaust
and ctatalytic converter... AND noticed it matches for the TF
touch up work well! It rubs off easilly tho.. but since these are display bots
it matters not.

Sometimes silver on the small faces is little off and need touch-ups
like the ultimate battle-set Optimus... and classics Hotrod leg details... Classics Bumblebee seat-knees and face...

Anything is better than nothing if there's a visible color
flaw... like a black mole on the botface! =)

a silver pilot or sakura can work for silver areas, i used it a couple of times and worked fine.
