How the heck do you get his head to stay down?!? I just can't get it to stay down, so for now my tank has a little 'driver'...... :-x

Thanks!

You have to push the front end down quite hard before it sort of locks into place. There is no loud click or noise, but you will not you did it right wen the head stays down and the V imprint lines up.

For me, nothing particular. Just press the chest panel (the center scoop) down to lower the head, just like the instruction. It just stays down and locks in place. Only pops up when I want it to.

Wait. Some people actually pushes the head down on the head, not from the chest? If so, no wonder the head don't seem to lock well.

I can hear a faint 'click' or 'pop' like it's supposed to be latching/locking - but it doesn't.... :-(

Mine locks in place and clicks though the click isn't too loud. (it's usually overlapped by the damned sound effects.)
