The Energon Pub

I just got a voyager Megatron today and it seems to have misassembly errors like the leader version. For starters, the wings have those bits of ice that swing forwards to become blades. Well, mine has 2 right ones. Also the head seems to have a bad ball joint. It always wants to turn to the right. There is no way to make the head face forward.
Did I get a bad one or are these problems widespread?

The ice blades are clearly an assembly error and you should exchange it for a new one.
