Am I the only one here who thinks its IRONIC that they made Bumblebee the biggest TF figure of all time with Ultimate BB??? I mean if you think about it BB the pipsqueak of the TFs and yet they make UBB to tower over all of the other figures

Umm... NOT of "all time". Need I mention Fortress Maximus and his various alternate incarnations?
And I do believe Unicron is taller. Dunno about bigger, but definitely taller.

Perhaps they knew BB was going to be a fan favorite from the movie. I mean, who doesn't love BB?

he may not be the bigest figure of all time (Fort Max is certainly bigger, Supreme Starscream is close, and I think Supreme Cheetor may be close too) but I reckon he would have to be close to the heaviest figure ever made.

Not really. Ultimate BB are made for kids who want to sleep with them on beds.

LOL. that would make for a SERIOUSLY expensive and uncomfortable security blanket/teddy bear. but it would make a curiously effective alarm clock if they could rig "whip it" to a timer. IF.

Does UBB have security features such as motion sensor alerts and stuff?

Ultimate Bumblebee isn't really the best thing ever. I am thinking about getting him but he is too expensive for his level of category.

Concept Bumblebee is good enough for me.

QFT. much more playable at a fifth-sixth of the price (if SRP).

They made ultimate Bumblebee because he's the only TF character in the movie with any real character, he's suppose to be the character kids are going to identify with and want toys of, hence 5+ different versions of him available at retail.

I would have been happy with an alternator scale Concept BB.

If it wasn't for all the electronics that compromise half of the desing and raise the price tag, I might actyally get an Ultimate BB.

No, Slumblebee was for children to sleep with, they made this because they knew Bumblebee would be the big draw, he's yellow, the brightest one of the bunch aside from Ratchet I suppose, he was aimed at also being the girl's fav, my gf liked him even, thus this translates into moms that would buy this item since BB was so cute in the movie.
It is also the fact that bumblebee was supposed to be the "kid" character in the movie, he was the hub of the movie as well.
