He's a great figure, fun to transform, easy to pose, and has a decent "3rd" jet mode. I've always been torn about this figure, I would have loved to have seen Waspinator upgraded to this body, but I also love him the way he is.
Certainly worth picking up if you can.

Posted: Mon Sep 10, 2007 7:48 pmI always wondered about this one. IN the Transformers: Universe botcon voice actor play they had post-Beast Machines Waspinator working with the Maximals. I never heard what Waspinator looked like. Could his post-Beast Machines form be this toy? Or was it the unreleased Halloween Horrocons Waspinator?

Posted: Mon Sep 10, 2007 8:33 pmOh yeah...I forgot about the cancelled Universe repaint. I have the Fox Kids/Buzzsaw repaint. I think he's pretty cool. Still got the wasp colors, but the original does look so much cooler. Great mold. I do hope they remold him for the Universe line. Give him a G1 Starscream deco, and some way to change his heads like the original Waspinator. Possession Waspinator/Starscream. Able to change from wasp to bot to jet as well as change personality.

Ah, it's Sunstorm!!
Hey' he's practicly a Seeker. And he actually looks pretty good, and that's saying something, cause most Fox Kids repaints don't look good.And Transmetal Waspinator is one of my favorite Beast Wars Transformers, really awsome and posable. Only problem for me was the wings kept snapping off and I had to reglue them, but I got him when I was still actively playing with figures.
