So how many hands does this guy have, one or two?

Ugh. I don't recall his alt mode in the comic being him laying down and covering his head. As much as I've wanted a War Within Megatron I think I'd prefer not having one to one so terribly hobbled by the limitations of diecast.

he's got two hands--one is hidden behind that so-called "shield". The hands actually look a little too tiny for my taste. The overall body would have been very well proportional if it weren't for the arms and hands. Also, i cannot get over the simple transformation; it's nothing but knocking over the robot.

Neh, not thrilled, really. From what I can see he has both hands. The in package picture shows him holding part of the 'Sheild' in his right hand and it looks like there is a peg hole for where the cannon attaches.
Still, I could be wrong.

I'm sure I remember someone saying that War Within Megatron wasn't done in wave 1 because his transformation was too hard to pull off in a figure that size/price point. I'm sorry to say that I think he was right.

I like them. Classics and 6 inch titaniums are rapidly becoming the only TFs I'll buy now.

Titanium 6 inch line, less the repaints, you gotta love it!

yeah the alt mode doesn't look like the WWI Megatron much at all. Bot mode is close but did look cooler in the comics. Really seems hit and miss with the titaniums. Fallen design was good, Magnus is outstanding, Hot Rod good, Scourge great but this is a really disapointing figure.

Pretty sure that the alt mode for Megatron is, as usual, transformed incorrectly. I'm pretty confident that the legs still need to shift outwards and up closer to the torso area for the tank mode to be complete. It's a very basic transform, as are ALL the War Within designs, so I doubt they made this as simple as just clicking the legs together, folding in the feet, rotating the torso and laying him down.

naw look at the alt mode again and you will see tank treads are on the arms and legs and they are touching the ground when you see the picture so sadly that is the design.

Nice bot mode, Tank mode could be better, but mega-weak Transformation.

Not as good as The Fallen but I like this too. The picture with a side view you can see he has his red eyes.

Hmmm... the transformation looks very complex. It looks more like an oversized Go-bot.
