In the Beast Machines series toward the end of ther series Megatron's spark takes over Optimal Optimus's body. It has Megatron's face with Prime's body. Did Hasbro ever release a such a transformers figure for sale? Just curious.

Nope. Never.

But you can bet there's probably been some kitbashes/customs of it.
