I have question about HasbroToyShop, are they a reliable online
store? Do they get things to you on time.

I've ordered stuff from them many times and have always had good experiences.

Yeah, I ordered from them not too long ago. They said it'd get here in 7-10 business days (which tends to mean you'll be waiting a good while longer) and I got it in about 4 days. I was thrilled!

Also, don't forget about the $5 off for the $25 purchase with TFPEPSI promotion they're doing.

The only problem I have had with them is that they will blacklist you if you try to order too many of one thing. This happened when I tried to order four of the exclusive concept Luke Skywalker figures. They cancelled my order without telling me. When I called and finally got to someone who would tell me why, they told me I was a reseller because I wanted so many and they would not sell to me.

Then, when I tried to order two Star Wars figures under the same account a few months later, they automatically cancelled my order again for the same reason.

I had to resort to setting up a different account under another CC number in order to get them to ship anything to me.

Happend to me when the movie line came out. But Cybertron optimus, Before you buy anything on Hasbro toy shop I suggest looking on BBTS Sure they are over priced but they are quick and let you order as much **** as you want.

i ordered from them a couple of times, pretty good job. timely shipping, good packaging to ensure that the figure wont get much damage. however every time i get a package, my mail-woman decides too chuck it over my gate instead of slipping it through the bars, which did result in minor dings on the actual toy box.

It's a hit and miss for the ordering. I ordered the SDCC Hotrod Alt. on the monday morning when it was announced on the HTS and got it on like thursday or friday.

Ordered a Mirage and took almost 2 weeks for it to get to me. Got metroplex and it took about..7 or 8 days. It all depends really.

So in conclusion, order from them they are secure and can feel safe ordering through em. I'm just a lil weary ordering from a 3rd party site like BBTS (though I did yesterday to pre-order Hybrid G1 Prime =D).

I have placed many orders with them. Maybe it depends on your location, but for me, EVERY order took about 1.5 weeks to arrive. Plus they ship Parcel Post which is reliable, but SLOW.

Also I would say about 1/2 of the boxes have dents, dings, or worse. Once I received a Classics Cliffjumper which was all ripped up and the card was scotch-taped together. In that case I returned it with their no-hassle exchange policy and I got a fresh minty one soon after. Which brings another point. Their return policy is pretty nice. How many other on-line retailers will pay for the shipping of the returned items?

I wish the web site allowed you to alter your orders and cancel them without calling them. Also the good stuff seems to be sold out FAST. Even if they impose a 2 item limit on some.

Finally, don't forget to use a coupon code with every order!

Oh ya..Forgot about the box conditions..They come with the Cello I think is the name of the lil air bags they send with the box.

But my Metroplex had a nice dent on the top of his box, though it's probably from the warehouse as things do get bumped and dropped on accident at times. Doesn't matter if you're not a MISB collector.

K I think that's all I can think of..

Do they separate promo codes for different toy lines.
