Decided id spend this week with my mother in derby and had, what is or me, a major haul the last couple of days.

sunday.... went to woolworths picked up classics jetire!!!

tuesday..... hit the local toys r us, i dont have anything like the scale of stuff in my home town like toys r us does and got

cyb menasor
cyb dirtboss

hit derby itself and picked up

alt ravage (xk version)

and the SD ultra magnus statue!! ( no.26 out of 500!!)

hadnt seen any of the cybertron stuff in carlisle (home town, had a really bad flood a few yers ago) and we dont have a forbidden planet either so this little trip really paid off for me.

on a side note if you live in or near the derby area, the argos should still have 2 ravage's and cyb skywarp and cyb unicron, if anybodys intrested

Its one of the few advantages of living in the UK, every TrU has SOOOO many classics Jetfires that I suspect you could build a bridge to the US with em all, lol

Not just the Jetfires. Anyone notice how many of those Op-Megs 2-pack are sat on the shelves?

Last visit to Reading TRU i swear there must have been almost 30 of them sat there. They don't seem to be selling too well though. Can't imagine why .

Yeah, visiting family trips usually made for some good toy finds for me back in the day. Sure, the 7 hr drive thru the flat wasteland that is called Kansas was painful, but i could always count on hitting up every Walmart on the way thru on the interstate to keep some sanity.

Shame the buggers couldnt put the steering whell on the right side...

Still, I currently have Ravage clawing up the speaker that has MP Starscream and Classic Starscream and Skywarp stood on it.

This is true. I'm also seeing plenty of Cyb. Unicron and Cyb. Skywarp in TRU and John Lewis.

At least you Americans have an easier time of getting Comm. Soundwave. I get the feeling he's not going to see UK shores and I want one...

I dunno, if we are to get him, and if they're releasing the classics in the same way they were released in the US, then we shouldnt have gotten him yet anyway.

Of course, this could just be me clutching at straws...
