Okay, I've been trying to clean out my garage recently and I came across a box full of toys that I had forgotten about. Don't know how they got in the garage really..But back to the question at hand.

I found a Transformer, a Decepticon tank that I can't identify. He's black, red/orange & silver. Also, he's got a single eye that rotates when you fiddle with the turret of the tank.

I figure someone on here could enlighten me.

Its the single eye thing that throws me off. Tankor actually has 2 visor like eyes not one.

I too miss The Tick (cartoon & comics), but at least we've got the DVD sets to watch.
