BBTS question.

on august 24th I pre orderd a Camaro concept bumblebee. It said that the item would arrive this month. My question is Should the item get there by this month? or is bbts bad about that? thanks.


BTW, this is my first preorder on BBTS so I wanted to know.

They're pretty good about their estimates, but like anyone else are at the mercy of the manufacturer and supply. If the status changes on your order you should receive an update.

Hasbro has nothing to do with that. As he's stated sometimes they don't recieve enough to fill their order. But my experiance with BBTS has always been great. Pre-ordering a toy from them is more like getting a reserve ticket. They fill their pre-orders first before they offer an item to the public. You won't be charged until your item ships, so that won't be an issue either. But as lanzarjr26 has told you if they get a status change to your order they will get an email saying so. Their customer service is amazing as well so if you have a problem with your toy when you do recieve it, feel free to email them.
