anyone know what the name of this charecter is or the sub group it is from as i have this one and another of the small models with the face inside.

He's a Brainmaster.

With two others he formed Road Caesar. However the western release came without the gestalt parts so they were only three individual robots.

It was only in Japan that you could get all the gestalt bits.
