If you've been looking for a deluxe 09BB prices are way down...almost to a normal retail price if you don't count shipping. This seller, after shipping will only make a buck or two. My guess is that very soon we will see a surge of new TF fans when the dvd gets released mid October. Then again I think we will see an increase in TF toy prices due to not only the dvd but also becuase of the holiday season. Remember when everyone in the world owned The Little Mermaid dvd? I believe the Transformers movie will be just like this, one in almost every home. Kids across the world will watch it over and over and over again and what better to watch it with?...an 09BB!!! Will Hasbro be prepared for a new rush?

Understandable. I saw at least 6 Concept Bumblebees in my local Woolworths today. I'm sure Hasbro will be prepared for the DVD release - I assume they learnt their lesson when the movie was released and there weren't enough toys to go round.

I think they're getting prepped for the DVD release to lead into the new holiday season. But only a short spurt just before December to make way for the new Animated crap.
