Advice on a trade

I am being offered a complete Deathsaurus, stickers unapplied on the sheet, in minty condtion for a broken G1 Shockwave, and complete Thundercracker. Can someone tell me if this is worth it?

Worth is relative dude. If its worth it to you, thats all that matters. How much do you want your figs vs how much you want his figure. Also, consider if you will ever be able to get your figures again.

Well, since Shockles broke, my family was gunna get him for me again for Christmas...
And I do have a TRU reissue TK...
I am asking because I really don't know anything about DT, wha he does, etc...

mint DZ = priceless.
i'm not really a big fan, but for that deal that's pretty awesome. DZ's pretty rare nowadays, much more minty mint one. make sure it isn't a KO though.

Certainly worth checking to make sure it isn't a KO.
But since I own neither, I cannot tell you the differences, other than (like any KO) the overall quality of the KO will be lower.
