Well if you'd like a model representation of Cybertron, sure!

He's a fairly decent alrightish figure I suppose. But you know, it's really up to you. It's not like there's that many TF's that turn into planets so he's got that going for him.

I would get him... but get the one with the Unicron Head... Hasbrotoyshop.com has them in stock.

Yeah, definitely. get him. His articulated, his highly detailed. His a Planet former. What more do you want.

He's the highlight of my collection.

Was the version with the Unicron head ever available to England?

I'm waiting for TRU to send me another 20% off coupon before I nab him. Chances are your Walmart are stocked full of them so holding off for a little bit won't be too bad.

depends on you actually. if you don't like him now, i don't see any reason that you'll warm up to him when the toy's yours. but if you have the slightest hint of liking him, and you have the cash, and he's on sale, then it's a no-brainer.

Nope, it was only the initial wave, meaning the first release. Guess where that release was ;)

AUSTRALIA!!!!
Seriously we had tonnes of him, and they were still sitting on the shelves until about March this year!

If you want Primus, get him, he is a well articulated figure, but he isn't the most pose friendly figure. He is a blast to transform, and while not the largest Transformer ever made, he dwarfs anything smaller than a Voyager easily.

How could anyone NOT have Primus in their TF collection?
Yes, He's worth it, if you can afford him.
And I promise you One day you will walk into that Wal Mart and there will be No Primus to buy and you just might regret it.

I could've sworn someone posted this exact same question about a week ago? :???:

Anyway, YES by all means buy Primus, he is WELL worth it. Try to get the one with Unicrons head if possible, it's too cool.

people always post this question cause they arent sure if they want to dish out so much $ on a figure. imo buying him retail at wal mart is pretty cheap than what ive seen people try to sell him for. retail is one of the cheapest prices you'll ever pay for a figure, so dont worry worry if you're being jipped. if you want a great fig regardless of cost, buy him. if you're low on cash them dont. simple as that!

Definately a must have, and yes, this question was posted about a week ago.

However, I wuldn't pay full prcie. This has been warming shelves for a long time now. Should have no issues grabbing one for 20-30.

There should be a topic stickied. "GO buy Primus, NO MORE QUESTIONS". Or something like that. :-?

My story on this:
I had been wanting to get a Primus since
about Oct last year but couldn't justify
the $50 pricetag, then on a trip to
Walmart over the Christmas/New Years Holiday,
I found a BUNCH of him (no Unicron head but
had 4 free minicons), 20th DVD Prime, Megatron,
and Metroplex all for $20 apiece. Rockin'
Part of the reason I think was because we had
just had a big winter storm and most folks were
staying in...

Sometimes you're the windshield and sometimes
you're the bug... there are plenty of other
"wish I had gotten him when I had the chance"
stories too. :)

Primus has to go on clearance at some point. I could literally buy 50 of him if I wanted to, so once this happens i'm sure to get a hold of one before they are all gone.

WM and TRU's around me are asolutely loaded with Primus. I saw 2 at Target 2 days ago, which for my area is a rarity.

He looks cool, but I'm only paying full price for Supreme Starscream of that class.

That's just stupid. Once a line ends, 6 months later, clearance. That's my expectation.
