My Deluxe Bonecrusher figure's extending arms keep snapping off. Same with the claw. Is this a product-wide problem, or is it just mine? If so how can I fix it?

The claw arm does tend to pop out a lot if you're rough with it, but it should go right back on.

As for his hands, my figure doesn't have that problem, and I haven't heard about it from anyone else ...Aren't the arms held on by pins, anyway? Did the whole thing break, or are the pins missing?

They have pins, but the gaps where they fit on are bent.

I don't have this problem... in fact I have the opposite my Bonecrusher's arms are in a very tight position and are quite difficult to move.
