I put link to the gallery so the pictures don't take half the size of the forum.

Look awesome. Are they transformable? I only see one mode of each.

I have no idea. I just found those galleries... And if there aren't any pictures of alt mode, well this means that they don't transform (poorly).

In Wikipedia I red that his robot form is the scorpion, his alt mode is the engine of the helicopter that Blackout transforms in.

but when Scorponok was chased off... how did Blackout fly around without a engine? ;P
pull the motor with a key, and fly until there isnt anymore power left, and you gotta use the key again?

I checked in wikipedia, it doesn't say anything about Blackout's engine, but this here:

* Movie Voyager Class Blackout with Scorponok (2007)

A non-poseable Scorponok mini-figurine comes with the Blackout toy and stores in Blackout's rear compartment in helicopter mode.

I think it didn't transform to a robot mode in the movie because it's just too ugly as a robot.

I red this in Wikipedia:
This also puts the lack of a "robot mode" into perspective, as it makes the scorpion mode the robot mode (in the same fashion Ravage's panther mode was the robot mode), whereas his "alternate mode" is actually a part of Blackout's engine, as suggested by the Deluxe toy's various markings (which were also used for the CGI model and the life-sized props). Oddly enough, though, those same markings can also be found on props used for the scene which features the US Navy dumping the Decepticons' remains into the ocean.[4] So either Scorponok reattached himself to Blackout after he escaped the US Air Force's counter-attack in Qatar (and was therefore part of Blackout during the final battle), or Blackout somehow magically regrew the parts that were previously made up by Scorponok.
