I'm realizing now that I've had the chance to get some things I've wanted lately, had them in hand, but thought, "I'll just go back in a day or so and pick them up." (Kicking self now) Since I collect some different things, here's my list...
BARRICADE
Rescue Ratchet
Non-Tformer
SW: Animated Boba Fett (gold coin), R. McQuirre figures
Godzilla FW 6" vinal figure (from CVS of all places)

Concept BB at Agesthreeandup. I didn't buy it because I was preordering Encore Starscsream...which I still haven't received anyway, and may not get at all. BB was a bit overpriced but not too bad, I should've grabbed him anyway.

All the alternators I passed on including Prime. I thought they'd be around a lot longer than they were.
Damn.

Really, deluxe Brawl? I'll freakin give you mine loose if you want it that bad. I just took it down from my shelf yesterday night and replaced him with Dropkick.
As for me,
-a TON of the Beast Wars toys that I could never get because I was a kid and my parents didn't want to buy me toys
-Classics Hot Rod
-Galaxy Force Prime

Alternator Smokescreen, Skids and Meister.
They were there one day, gone the next.
That will not happen with Prime.

Yet another memory jogger-I also wish I'd gotten the "classics" re-release of Soundwave. It was worth it just for the packaging.

You shouldn't have to wait long to find these. They're appearing more and more often lately.

I've managed to snag most of what I wanted this year. Unfortunately I'm now coming into my winter skint period and I'll be missing out on the chance to grab MP Megs, Skywarp and Anime Screamer at anything like decent prices, Magnus is also on the want list but he's already going for silly money. By the time spring rolls around and I'm feeling flush again SDCC Rodimus will also be commanding a rather silly price tag. Not regrets as such because I will get them, it's just that failing some lucky deals I've missed out on the best prices for these.

I'm right there with you. When I started collecting again several years back I was on BBTS website and thought to myself who the hell is this repaint of Fort Max. Now I'm kicking myself in the arse. What makes it worse was that he was under $100.

Cybertron Vector Prime.
And as far as another missed opportunity, I'm about to throw down on Ebay to make up for my foolshiness of not getting him... RID Cryotek.

Funny you should ask. Last weekend I had Ultimate BB in one hand and Leader Brawl in the other. It's rare that I've got $100. to blow on something frivilous, but last weekend it actually happened. And what did my dumb ass do? Put's down that beautiful HUGE Camaro and buys the retard tank.

Damn, it hurts just to think about. I could be looking at a beautiful huge BB instead of a big boring tank on legs. *sigh*
But First Gen told me about BigLots and I picked up 3 Devastator KO's that weekend too, which helps alot.
Funny that $16. in TF KO's can ease the sting of a wasted $50. Brawl purchase. I really hope Ultimate BB goes on sale or something and I can get him, if he's more then $50-$60 I don't know when I'd have the cash to splurge on him.
Why does life, bills, debts, rent, food, etc all have to get in the way of my TF collecting so much? Can't the universe see I'd rather be filthy rich and spending all my time seeking out more TF's?
