According to this recent thread, our fears were confirmed: the new Masterpiece SS may be in danger of being heavily scalped. Obviously, that poses a problem to most of us who want that sucker, and to other good-hearted collectors and kids.

Now that we're in the home stretch (comes out on Oct 24th, also according to that thread above), I figure we should remedy this scalping situation by hoarding the SS figures ourselves, except instead of selling them at ridiculous prices, we'll send them out to fellow Seibertronians that don't have the time or resources to go to a Walmart everyday and try to get to them before the scalpers do.

Yeah, it's a dick move for everyone else, so the unspoken rule for this should be if a kid or some other person wants it, they get priority over you, as long as they're not a scalper.

So yeah, stupid idea or no?

I'm not in. Don't like selling stuff I bought on E-Bay or sending them out to others. Though it is a good idea.
