Transformers Beast Wars Deluxe figures ("Ani Mutants")- Prowl,Scourge,Cackle and Iguanus

I don't really care for Beast wars and its apparently in foreign packaging, but i can't tell but i was just wondering would they be worth my time adding them into my collection.
