nice answer. Unfortunately I don't think so and here's why. Remember the recent stock of BB09s that came in to Hasbrotoyshop.com and was sold out in a while? Well, I'd expect that if the above were true, then BBTS would have gotten a shipment at the same time too.

Sadly, my BB09 pre-orders that were slated for July arrival, pushed to August, then September, and we're in freaking October now, never arrived. So I have to wonder what is going on here.
