Sounds somewhat scammy to me.

Who has done the Valuations? You might get the big Prize, only to be given 3 comics and a deluxe Swindle if that is what the seller deems "worth $1000".

2. a bobby pin

3. a piece of ****

4. two rusty tacks

6. swindle misb

7. a piece of cheese

8. wood

9. ear wax

10. herpes

It's a raffle/lottery/gamble kinda thing.

Highly against eBay's rules. They've pulled auctions like this before, no reason why they wouldn't yank this one.

You are bidding for a randomly drawn envelope. It's a raffle ticket.

You pay $100 and you may get a Deluxe Figure, you may get leader Brawl, or you may even get some pack that to the owner is worth $1000.

And who is to verify the actual results of the draw?

Is there anyway to report this to e-bay?

It's a cool idea for Hot Wheels and such things like that ... like the "virtual vending machine" they have on their site.

That auction? Only an imbecile would bid, but still ... doesn't make it okay for it to be up there.

Interesting idea, but this guys parameters are WAYYYYY off. He should be punched in the Di(l< repeatedly.

Lolz...I just reported him. Idiots like that should not be allowed anywhere near the Internet. Talk about trying to take people for a ride...

some other asshole did that same thing a few months back, except it was even stupider with 2500 envelopes, and let's say only 1000 were sold, they might not have the "tf" envelope.
jackasses.

wait just one minute...aren't 5 and 10 practically the same prize?

on a serious not...total scam. Can almost guarantee that anybody foolish enough to bid gets the lowest valued item on the list. Although, this one is atleast better than the one that DCjon is referring to.

Yes, technically nothing is stopping this bozo from just sending out non-winning enveloppes...

eBay should really crack down on these types of auctions...

LMAO.....You need to send the winner the pooh nickels too. The worst is that he started bidding at $100 and you could end up with the $25. What the hell? eBay should reprimand this one....

Honestly... the only weird people are the ones who would actually bid on that. What a scam.

I just emailed the guy with the envelope auction and sent him a link to this thread.

Maybe he will register with Seibertron and tell us what he really thinks? Now that would be entertainment!!

Haha, Fairborn, he's only about 15-20 miles from me. Anyone want me to go kick him for doing this "auction"?
