Oh happy day

I finally finished off my movie collection! Last night my wife picked up Starscream for me

She was at the hair salon while I was at work and she went to the salon near the shop where I picked up Bonecrusher and CC BB two weeks ago, so I asked her to check to see if the shop still had Starscream. She said she'd check it out for me, surprisingly.

Anyway, I got home from work and she was out walking our dog when I got in, so I check the table...nope, not there. Okay, sometimes she likes to trick me putting by a TF/Gundam/Whatever I'm collecting at any given time somewhere that she knows I'll be later in the night, like the computer desk. Check the computer, nope nothing there. Check my closet (she's put them in weirder places), nope. Check the bed, nope. Okay, guess it was gone from the shop. She came back in with the dog and I asked her if they had it. She said nope, it was gone. I was a little bummed, but no worry, I'm sure I'll find one again soon. So an hour later, she said she was a little cold, could I please go get her a shirt. I said okay and went into the bedroom to her closet. And what was sitting so happily on top of all her shirts? Screamer himself!! Needless to say, she got the extra loving treatment the rest of the night. Now I have all the 'Bots and 'Cons in the movie (plus Arcee cause she's just so damn sexy) and my movie collection is complete! Sweet!

It's a three-way tie between Voyager Op, CC BB and Arcee.

I don't count Leader Prime because he's in a class all of his own

I hope to finish soon too just Need Starscream, Ironhide and 2008 Bumblebee and Barricade and Frenzy that comes with him. So thats about $100 AUS I need

Don't really care about the Leaders :lol:

yeah the leaders are pretty damn excellent. And as opposed as I was to getting Ultimate Bumblebee I ended up getting him anyway, and I'm glad I did, he's awesome. You should get him too.

Yeah, we saw it the first weekend it was out. She really wasn't keen on seeing it, but she I really wanted to go, so she went too. She ended up crying during the capture of BB scene too

She doesn't mind my collecting, it's just my previous hobby took up a fair amount of space already and the TFs are taking up what's left. So I've got sell off some older stuff and wait until the new Animated line comes out before I can buy anything again

As long as one shows some kind of control with their buying habits, wives should keep their lips zipped.

I think the wife factor adds a tinge of fun to it, plus a measure of challenge.

That's quite true. Trying to convince her that I really do need that 30 dollar TF is quite the challenge sometimes.

I can understand her annoyance with it at times though because I got kinda carried with the search for the movie TFs. And if I couldn't find a movie TF, I'd get something else as a hold-me-over till I found a movie one.

rob_charb - Yeah, I hear you about getting carried away. I do that because I'm single. If anyone were watching me ... woman or whatever, I'd probably have purchased much less.

Either or, I'm finishing my alternators/BT collection before the thought of easing up settles. 25 down, 4 or 5 more to go. To KISS or not to KISS, that is the question.
