Just picked up Leader Megatron today at Wal-Mart, so now Im finally finished with the movie toys; thank God I finished before the Christmas rush.
My Collection
Leader Class Megatron
Voyager Ironhide, Starscream, Blackout, Ratchet, Optimus Prime and Thundercracker
Deluxe Barricade, Bumblebee (both versions),Jazz, Bonecrusher, Brawl and Arcee
Desert Attack 2-pack.
I might get Cliffjumper when he is released.
At Toys R Us today a Hasbro representative told me that Hasbro has sooo much stock but only released a little recently but WILL open the flood gates by Christmas, so those of you who have not finished your collections, be patient. Do not buy toys from Steal Bay, they are coming.

To not have Leader Prime is a crime against humanity. I urge you, go forth and get him. He is so incredibly awesome.

Yep, that's true. If you don't have Leader Prime, you're not finished. You'll be cheating yourself of a badass figure if you don't get him.
You also want to get Wreckage. He is simply a cool, and one of the best Deluxe movie critters you can get!

Maybe... but I wanted Megatron to completely dwarf the other figures.I might get Nightwatch.

Leader Megatron is still taller and wider than Leader Prime. Not a big fan of Nightwatch. The colors are nice, but if they did something different that have flames again, I'd probably spring for it. Oh, and if they'd just call him Ultra Magnus.

I have to say that I would have gotten Voyager Megatron over Leader Class; which I did. I just think the Leader Class version was a bit too gimmicky, but I am definitely digging the Voyager Megatron. I realize he's not to scale, but then again, neither is Bonecrusher. Oh, and despite his kibble, Leader Class Prime is a must-have in order to complete one's 'movie' collection.

No Wreckage?
He's like one of the better toys of the Movie line so far

I can safely recommend Wreckie (Wreckage liked that nickname ^^), or Wreckage as the name is. awesomeness with APC sauce.
Leader Class Prime is also recommended (I got the LAST one they had in the entire western norway, in total... the last one, and hey, I'd gladly recommend LC Prime. him and Wreckage = Highly recommended

Voyager Megatron is actually quite alright

got it for some weeks ago... it hauls so much ass, with those "frozen" blades that can be extended... looks so much more fierce and evil then. the fusion cannon thingie, is also a cool thing, reminds me of G1 megatron and his F-Cannon.

I second Deluxe Wreckage, he's pretty cheap to buy and he looks mean. His Alt Mode isn't as 'mean' though but great toy still.

So why did you get Leader Megatron and not get Leader Brawl?
Are you happy with him?

Yeah, I also am guilty of splurging and buying Ultimate Bumblebee on a whim; despite the fact that I told myself I wouldn't spend that kind of coin on a transformer. Needless to say, he is a very 'sick' toy and I am glad I picked him up. I think once you get past the killer price tag, you realize that it's totally worth it.

Actually, once i got past the killer price tag ... I finally admitted that UBB was pretty crappy.
For the first couple days people tend to try and convince themselves that UBB is cool, just so they don't think they wasted their money.
Let us know how you feel in a couple weeks after the initial "honeymoon" stage.
If you still like him, nice! If not ... you are right there with me and many others.
His car mode is pretty bad ass though, I'll give him that. Gimmicks aren't bad either. That bot mode though ... EWW!
With that said, I just sold mine. I will buyhim again only for MISB purposes.

Coreccto Moondo! No leader prime, no full movie collection! And remember, no collection is complete without Prime!

I'll definitely get back to you on that; actually I have Had him for a few weeks now, but I'll let you know if he still passes the 'yeah, totally worth it' test in like a month or so.
I will say that my one complaint thus far is that, in robot mode, his legs and feet can be described as 'awkward' at best. I wish the dudes who designed him had paid a little more attention to that part of the design.
...and I do wish he'd stop reverting back to Devo's "Whip It" all the time instead of alternating to other phrases with more frequency; I'm starting to get bummed out on "Whip It" which is really lame for a Devo fan like myself.

Leader Prime is pure awesomeness wrapped in a plastic shell. One truly kickass toy.
Leader Brawls worth having for shock value, and ultimate BB is awesome just for his size alone.
