there's two mp-05 price offer, one is available or instock for immediate purchase for the price of $150 and the reissues mp-05 for $95, so my question is why are the difference between the old ones and the reissue ones for dec 2007?

because action HQ really likes to mark things up based on availability. The $150 is available now, and if you want it NOW you have to pay more. If you can wait two months you can have it for cheaper...simple as that really.
