Rare G2 Stunticon auction (loose)

I can't believe how much people bidded for G2 Stunticons that are loose and missing parts. Insanitity. It's also funny that the seller originally didn't know what he had until a bidder tipped him off that they were rare G2.

What would be the irony if they turned out to be KO? I don't see any rub symbols on them:-?

The other four are astonishingly rare, but G2 Motormaster has not even been known to exist outside of one photograph.

I've been tempted to repaint a set of G1 Stunticons into their G2 colors, but there's a lack of interest in the project.

WTF???? Someone has $4557.00 to spend on a small lot of Transformers? Even if it is some rare G2 items? That's nuts! The wining bidder must not be married, has no kids and has almost no other financial obligations.

Or simply makes or has a lot of money.

Or an adolescent with their parents' credit card.

(By the way Ryan, I sent you a PM a few days ago. Did you get it?)

Regardless of their income, a parent who discovered their adolescent had recently utilized their credit card to spend $4.5x10^3 on toy robots would be at the very least somewhat irate.

It is unknown whether the blue was the intended color or if the figure was unpainted, as it was never released.

How much did the Hartman's MISB figures go for again? I feel like that price while large is not out of the ballpark considering you have all 4.

The Hartman's figures sold for about $2000+ each. So this auction may look like a good deal but the Hartman's collection was all MOSC (Mint on Sealed Card). These four have been played with, they don't have any of their own weapons, or accessories for Mensor, and there is no proof that they are legit. They could be KO.

It seems like a lot of money for four cars in their condition. Either the buyer is very smart and knows what he is doing; or he foolish and taking a big gamble.

Still, the odds of finding four G2 Stunticons is astronomically low outside of this auction.
