Help with G1 Grimlock

Is there a place that could tell me how to transform Grimlock (G1)?
I got a nm one in the mail today without his booklet and would like to see him in robot mode. His joints are pretty tight and I don't want to bust him up.

Thanks for the help, I'm pretty new with these toys again and really was very happy to get him in the mail today.

Because his joints are tight and I didnt want to bust my only Grimlock...if you had read that in the first place you would not of sounded like an ass...

that was a cool link to the intructions. I miss them having english explanations to what the picture's showing.
