...and I noticed on the bottom left of the box it has a white label saying:

"HASBRO, INC.
Pawtucket, Rhode Island 02862
AGES 5 AND UP
Made in Taiwan"

Then below that it has a warning sign.

None of the pics of his packaging online had this. Is this like a knock off or something that I bought? Please help!

No, Hasbro offer these as a mail order item, you got the real one, but it was imported to the US by Hasbro.

Depending on who you ask, many would say you have acquired the rarest of the Lio Convoys, the hasbro imported version.

No, it is the Japanese one, just imported by Hasbro.
