So we've already identified the 2-packs as being already in the UK...

they have the reissue like box...

so what about these "value packs"? They have different packaging, so I'm assuming they came separate from the other 2-packs. Any ideas where/when these are from?

ugh. these are the same 2-packs that they sold here in the Philippines many months ago. i got my first SS and Rodimus off these 2-packs, and QC was very, very horrible. my Rodimus came with a superloose elbow and SS had unpainted areas on his face!

my advice: if you're ever i interested in these, you might want to scrutinize the toys inside the bubble first, find some sign of physical defect or something.
