How many of you own SWTF Vader/Deathstar?

I saw this yesterday and passed on it. $50 is a lot of money and I really want to get MP Starscream when (if?) he comes out in the U.S. as a Wal-Mart exclusive. But now I'm having second thoughts.... I mean, how awesome would he look with my Unicron and Primus?!??!

Plus, from this review he sounds pretty darn cool!

So I was hoping for some first hand accounts if possible...

Thanks!
I.P.

I have one on the way. I wonder how long this line will continue... Not always the best execution, but interesting ideas nonetheless.

Points for effort? A lot of the molds are pretty poorly executed, but some are pretty neat I think (TIE/Vader, DS/Vader(?), Falcon/Han/Chewie...)

I've only seen two: both at a Target.

I tried to add to the sightings but he isn't on there yet....

I think they all look good in alternate mode, and I love the tiny pilots. In robot mode, some of them have odd proportions and are sometimes hard to balance/pose, but that's okay with me. I really really like the Han Solo/Chewbacca set. My favorite SWTF release so far.

I have a Vader/ Deathstar in hand. I like him. he really is a nice figure. In fact, He is the only Starwars Transformer on my transformer shelf. The transformation isn't very hard, but the legs and arms inside the deathstar have to be angled just right or the 6 cover pannels will not align properly.
he as a red led in his right hand and when you press the button with his hand empty, he makes the "block blaster" sound from empire strikes back. put the lightsaber in his hand, and it makes the "activation" sound. press the button while lightsaber is activated, and it makes humming and clashing noises. his belt buckle makes him say lines from the movie or makes the deathstar cannon in his chest light up. then the button on his back and when he is in deathstar mode. if you just press it, it pulse fires or countdown fires the deathstar cannon. hold that same button down and Vader says more movie related lines.
heh, I didn't mean for it to turn into a mini review, but there ya go. btw, I think masterpiece starscream doesn't show in stores until next month, right? so that gives you atleast 2 good weeks to save some money for both :)

I really like mine, transforming him for the first time was a little bit of a pain but he's awesome.

I have seen him at Toys R Us, Wal-Mart and Target.

Spada from tfwire, has the first aprt of his Video review up if you want to take a look.

He is notoriously smaller than Primus in robot mode so be warned.

There was a thread, with pics that had Vader next to Primus and Unicron, and he is about an Inch to an inch and a half smaller than Primus, who is already slightly shorter than Unicron.

He's really more of a Larger than Leader Class figure. Not quite Supreme.

But because of the Phrases from the movie, and the little gimmicks, he gets a supreme sized price point.

Plus 3 mini-stormtroopers, mini-Vader, and 3(?) mini-TIE's....

Well at walmart they ring up, with tax here in pa, at 46 bucks and some change.

Not bad compared to some of the other big bots like unicron and etc that cost way much more.

About the only thing that bugs me is the Vader-style breathing at the end of each and every quote. The breathing should have been a separate sound in itself.

No.

I got it last night. And it's awesome! Nice and heavy, real sturdy. The little mini-TIEs felt a little cheap, but that is my only real complaint.....

I like him, but not $50 like.

I'll wait till he's in the cheapie bin for $20 or $25. Then I'll pick one up.

Ordered one for my partner from hasbro.com. Used the online coupon and get it for 25% off AND free shipping. Paid $37.49... It arrived last week along with a free Princess Leia Organa (in Combat Poncho) figure.. Whoot!

yeah I just received mine today. Awesome figure. Death Star mode is perfect. If only Hasbro/Takara could have made Unicron's planet mode round...
