Not sure if this is the right forum for this, but a lot of folks arent sure what year their toy Movie Classic Camaro BB is. According the TF Movie DVD, in the extra's, the car is a 1977 model. So now we know for sure.

same here! also i saw a commercial for the new....2009, chevy camero! so i guess that settles that too!

hehe, I would love to buy one too, but part of me still loves the 2008 Mustang. Oh, this is a tough choice.

What i wanna know is what model year was his original VW Beetle? The one in the used car lot in the movie had '71 on the window, so I didn't know if they were actually paying homage to it or not.

I sure do, because i've been meaning to put a number on it for a very long time. First I was used to calling him BB74. then someone said it was 76 so I started calling him BB76.

And finally a very dear friend to me is going to receive one from me. there are many special significances to this gift, but it woulda been the icing on the cake if the years were the same. I thought her bday was in 77 so BB76 wouldn't quite have a nice symmetry to it. Woulda been nice if it was 77 and the model I am giving her is BB77.

And now thanks to you I know it would be PERFECT! :-)

The only question I have to ask is: ARE YOU DAMN SURE OF YOUR FACTS? I would hate to explain to her about the 77, and then find out it was wrong :oops:
