Takara's had clear blue, Hasbro's doesn't.
Which bewilders me, really, since many TFs (including the 08 BB) have clear windows.

Er, coz he's not Classics BB?
Anyway, there are two of this classic car movie BB, one by Takara and one by Hasbro I think? I think the Takara one has lovly clear windows like these, while the Hasbro is painted blue.

The clear windows are the Takara version.. It is very sought after for this reason.

Yup Takara Tomy decided to release it with clear windows, which in a sense, was cool, but not smart. I'm already experiencing paint scratch wear because it's paint on paint on clear plastic.

I was lucky enough to be on a trip in Japan to pick this baby up. I got it at retail 1999 yen at a Toys R Us in Odaiba.

I <3 my Bumblebee.

I always thought Takara and Hasbro were the same company? I mean, the two almost look identical. Are they really two comletely different companies? My protoform Optimus has "Hasbro written on one wing, and "Takara" written on the other.
