I just went out to mine and they had 4 Ratchets on the DVD display. No Megatrons though.
I saw on some other boards were people were buying these figs yesterday and today (the reason I just now went there to look for a Megatron):

Just now got back from the Best Buy in a neighboring state. I got my Megatron (2nd one actually). They had 3 of him and 3 of Ratchet.

Yea, picked up both today myself. The Bestbuy near me had one of each. Was debating about bitching for my $5 off as stated in the advertisement from last week since they didn't have it then, but was just happy to have them. That Megs sure is sweet. Only thing that impressed me with Ratchet is the depth that the new painjob gives to his face.

I passed on Ratchet both times. I was glad to get a 2nd Megatron that I could open, which I just did a minute ago.
I would have taken that dvd receipt and asked for the difference back. I did that with my bumblebee 2 pack on Oct 16 when they put it on sale. I got the figs like 10 days before that, but they still gave me the difference back.
