I have been collecting since 1984 also. Of course, at that time, they were gifts but still, I am not sure I want to know the exact amount.

I think it's safe to say the 2 of us have payed for some Hasbro exec's retirement.

You'd think they could give us some small sign of their appreciation, like a set of Botcon Seekers or something.

I was thinking more along the lines of a life size Soundwave to display in my yard, but the Botcon seekers are the next best thing. Fraking execs making Thundercracker an exclusive.

Been collecting since '84 as well, I'd give you a number, but I'd probably cry when I found out it was more than I paid for my house.

1745 euros, but that's including KO's and other transforming robots. I started my collection 11 months ago.

I don't want to know, but Aaron Archer calls me personally every holiday to say thanks for keeping the company in business.

Probably about 4K this year.

about 750 dollars since june. i haven't regretted one cent!

about $300 for this year.... man am I broke

about a thousand dollars since april. started with the classics and snowballed.

I've honestly lost track. Whatever the total, I'm sure it would make me but at the same, I love the collection I've put together.

I'll bet that I've spent any where from one to two thousand in total, which is easier than you might think when you drop $400 on Botcon Ratchet, $275 on the 2007 Botcon set, $100 on MP Megs, $80 on music label Soundwave, $200 on 07 Botcon Springer, Huffer, A3, Weirdwolf, and Vector Sigma.

Add to that the fact that I have every deluxe and voyager Classic, the entire movie line with the exception of Rescue Ratchet and G1 Starscream.

Yeah, I've spent a lot, and at times feel like I'm some kind of addict.

Another '84er. I'm not even gonna try and guess. Besides which, what with varying exchange rates and inflation and such, the figure'd wind up pretty meaningless anyway...

Probably around $1200 since June 04 but only 100 bucks this year.

I'll never tell! I don't actually know, and try to avoid thinking about it too much.

Not sure, but if my wife knew the exact amount she would no doubt beat me.
