It's starting to yellow a little but not bad. Is that $ or £?

An original G1 Jazz w/ no box, no accessories and has slight yellowing is hard pressed to get $50 USD. And then again it depends on where you sell it. Most of my buy and sell experience is on ebay but I've done some trading here as well.
By the way, whats the sticker condition? It's not a huge factor but I'm curious.

Agrred, no accessories and yellowing will not get you a ton. I personally wouldn't pay more than 30 or 40

I'd say that's generous. Jazz's in similar, but better, condition (e.g. no yellowing!) tend to go for £10-12 here in the UK, which is about $20-25.
Not gonna get your kids through college I'm afraid

Acording to Xybertoys.com, one of the next encores will be Jazz, so I'd wait until that comes out. It'll be virtully identical to the origanal, and in perfect condition.
That and both Hasbro and Takara have reisued him in the last 5 years, so you should never be paying more than £30/$60 for a good complete one.

Reissue Jazz are good stuff. Even the TRU one.
Vintage versions tend to have weak canopies and waist hinges.

That'd be helpful if was looking to buy, but he's selling.

I was going to sell all my original G1s on eBay but none are MIB so don't think I'll bother.

G1 Jazz,m with no weapons, and slight yellowing? Depending on how tight his joints were, I'd pay $20, if I didn't already have the reissue siting on top of my tv.

Unless you find a particularly moronic buyer, you wont get much. I'd keep it until you managed to find yourself a decent cheap complete one. Then flog it as you wont need it.
