So, the third episode has Roller as a silver color.

My masterpiece trailer roller is blue, my hybrid convoy roller is silver.. and g1 roller is blue also.

Do we know his "official" colors?

I can't remember the other episodes he appeared in, and if he happend to change color in those episodes, or if he's always been silver in the cartoon.

He was only in that one episode of the show so guess he was silver.

What? Are you serious? I find that hard to believe!

Now I'm on a mission! Must find out if this is true!

Hasbro officially released two versions of G1 Prime, one with a silver roller and one with a blue roller.

The silver roller shipped along with the 'bloated' rifle, while the blue roller shipped with the standard rifle.

I dont know the exact time frame or which came first but they are both legitimate, official releases.

Roller is also in "Attack of the Autobots". he's silver in that too.

Can't believe I forgot that episode, even Prime's trailer battle deck makes an appearance there!

I got my Optimus Prime in October 1984 for my birthday. My roller was blue. That could have easily been at least the second wave(still pre-rub though) of Optimus Primes, so who knows?

Yeah, I cant remember which came first, but my childhood roller is also blue and prime has the standard rifle.

Not sure why they did another wave with the silver roller and bloated rifle.

He's also in 'The Autobot Run' and he's silver in that as well.
