I think He just became my favorite transformer in my collection. Anyone else think hes underrated?

Which one?

The large green one, or the small purple one?

The massive green one! He has a simple transformation but hes so cool

He is underappreciated.
But I prefer the version without the electronics, the Beast Wars II Megastorm.

I like the smaller one that is repainted into Reverse Convoy/Rebirth Megatron. RC/RM is so much better than the G2 Hero Megs...

glad someone else like g2 megs...he is cool as a tank

YUp thought that was just mine.
Im missing the missile pod accesory for mine and its incredibly difficult to track down

Mine doesn't sit flush in alt mode either. One of my favorite Megatrons, the tank makes much more sense than a gun IMHO.

hmmm... I still think G1 Megatron is the Megatron...

Agreed about G1 Megatron character wise, but G2 Megatron is very underrated, and a most excellent figure to boot.

Dont get me wrong, I love my g1 megs, but this guy....towers over him. Plus, His face looks so much better.

I love my big green Megs. I got him for Christmas back when G2 first began, and he has been my favorite Megatron figure ever since. I've never had any trouble with his head hatch. The cannon holds it down fine on mine. I do wish G2 Megs was more poseable though, that's his only real drawback. Regardless, he's awesome and I love him.

I really like that Megatron, I'd like to own it someday- my own, not yours.

I recently got Armada Megatron, another tank version, and he's pretty great too. Congrats!

I have a G2 Hero Megatron, which I know is not the same (he actually has better articulation), but I think G2 is one of the best generations of Megatron. The tank is big and impressive, a natural evolution of his original alt mode. The only thing I didn't like was the bright neon colors, so I repainted him G1-style. I'd love to see an updated tank Megatron with today's technology.
