With all the bad stories I have been reading on here about ebay. I just wanted let you know about mine. I had just won sixshot and the guy had listed it as vintage g1 version but it turned out to be reissue not that I was complaing, so I sent the guy a e-mail just to double check, and he refunded me $10 of $12 shipping fee because he felt bad for mislisting the figure. I'm still getting the figure and everthing so I'm happy.

Congrats that you found a good seller. I also had a pretty positive experience that the seller putting a wrong picture of the figure (was selling for cybertron OP and instead putting a Galaxy force OP). I wanted a Galaxy force OP. Eventually the seller took are of all shipping costs and refunded my money in full.

I didn't even know Sixshot was reissued. What's the retail price?

Speaking of good times with ebay, I picked up a G1 Astrotrain this morning for $15 total! This replaces the one I destroyed as a child.

Thats funny cuz every G1 toy that I buy now is to replace the ones I had as a child, lets just say 4th of July's around my house had a lot of stuff blowing up.

It was reissued but they no longer make him I found mine by shear blind stupid luck and no else happened to bid. So I got him for the starting bid. I would guess the price was depending on were you got him on-line was about $62.99. Which is what I got him for because of the above mentioned problem.

I never knew there was such a thing as a good ebay experience.

I've had better experience with e-bay than with on-line stores. I've bought a few hundred Transformers with no problems, plus I've sold many with no problems as well.

To be honest, I've had about 50-75 ebay transactions, where only 1 has been bad.

I purchased a 100% alternator windcharger, but he was missing one of the roof pieces. The seller kept saying he would send it aand never did. I couldn't even report it because it was months and months I waited (I didn't know there was a limit on how long I had to make a dispute). Now he doest even reply to me.

He also sold me a loose wheeljack in the same transaction that while i knew was missing the sword, it was missing the gun AND the flat bottom piece that goes under the body of the car. Was not impressed.

Since then I've spent hundreds of dollars on other sellers who dont screw me.

I think every other experience has been good. Some items i received had nicks on them or something, but they were in box so not muhc i can do abou that.

Even had a guy pay for the shippign for my G1 omega supreme because it ook him a week to get back to me about the shippign costs.

eBay is good. Find some good sellers, stick with them, they rarely dissapoint.

And I think my 100% complete G1 mirage with little wear for $33 was a good deal i recently got, love the bay.

The reason I wonder if there is even such a thing as a good ebay experience is because whenever I buy something off of ebay, the condition of the item very rarely matches the item description. For example, I just received a MOSC 1989 Stretcher G.I.Joe figure in the mail yesterday that I won on ebay. In the item description the seller stated that the only flaw the item had was a very small hairline vein about a half of an inch long extending out from the peg hole at the top of the card. Other than that, the item was in flawless, mint condition. When I received the item yesterday, it took me a whole 5 seconds or so to notice that the accessories bubble was crushed in on the top and that there were numerous faint creases, etc throughout the card. It is my honest opinion that 95% of ebay sellers out there grade their items with their eyes closed.

I guess I deal with the remaining %5.
