All you can think of is Jetfire? Haha, how about the Aerialbots :)
Well there's Powerglide, Cosmos, and Tracks who has a flying mode, I think at least two of their triple changers can fly...I'm not sure as I haven't gone past the second season and I don't particularly know much about them...I assume we're talking about G1 here.
Omega Supreme is a rocket so I'm not sure that that really counts.

I won't count the autobots that magically gained/lost their ability to fly in the early episodes.

Edit: I forgot a few. There's Swoop and then Blades of the Protectobots as well. If we aren't just talking about G1 then there's a LOT more I haven't said.

Skyblast, Vector Prime, Evac, the Aerialbots, Optimus Prime (if you count his jetpack in Cybertron).

the triple changers are sandstorm and springer. both had chopper-esque alt modes.

All the G1 dinos can fly. Now why can't Wheeljack?

Star Saber can turn into a futuristic jet. That count?

another triple-changer, namely Broadside, could also fly in his jet mode.

I was surprised no one mentioned Sky Lynx till Ramrider.

Speaking of which... what the hell was he?

Actually, ThunderZap got to Sky Lynx first. His alt mode was a space shuttle with transport module, and his robot modes were a lynx and a 'dinobird', which I think is a pretty reasonable description. Of course, his complete robot mode was the combined form, with the top half being the dinobird and the bottom half being the lynx.

Doesn't sideswipe have a Jet pack to?

You can't just 'throw in' Metalhawk. Since he's a Jap-exclusive character, if you included him, you'd then have to sift through all the other Jap-only characters for flyers... I wasn't ready to go that far just yet, and I had the feeling the Ironhider wasn't after them anyway.

Electron wrote:Doesn't sideswipe have a Jet pack to?

Yep. Check my list, he's on there. They're not in any particular order, though (he's just over halfway down).

Does jet pack count? That means he's not really a flyer. Any bot can borrow a jet pack and take off into the air.

Wheeljack could fly, just as all the Autobots mysteriously could at the beginning of the series. I have no idea why or at what point someone thought it would be a good idea to make the Autobots flightless in bot mode.

It's funny because Wheeljack later on decided he can fly again in "Plague of the Insecticons". He was the only one out of the group of Autobots that decided he could suddenly fly again and took to the skys to help Skyfire, who was being attacked by Insecticons at the time.

I don't think the pilot counts in the list tho.

But he did fly in that one episode, eh? It's been a while, I admit.
