Should I open one?

Beast Wars Airhammer and Spittor.
Cybertron Unicron.
Alternators Ravage 2.
Universe Tiny Tins Downshift.
Classics OP/Megatron two-pack, Cliffjumper, Ramjet and Mirage.
Titanium G1 Magnus.
Movie scout Skyblast.
Real Gear Meantime (Mrs just got back home with him :D ).

That's what I've got unopened at the moment. The reason I ask is that distribution here is shocking and I'm anticipating a major drought here next year. I recall reading somewhere that Classics 2 won't even be released in the UK. Advice anyone? I can't be going without my plastic fix for a protracted period. Thanks for reading.

If it were me, I would not open any that were no longer being made.

That's probably wise, thanks for replying.

Free those TFs from their plastic prisons!!! FREEDOM!

Seriously, though...you probably want to have a little more self control than I do. Dang OCD tendencies!

Hasbro have said nothing of Universe not being released in the UK.

Classics 2 won't turn up anything, btw.

I was just calling it that for clarity but I'm sure I read it on some forum, could have been a bad dream though :???: Thanks to all, I'm craving some Ramjet goodness. Have to pace myself though, if Hasbro were more switched on I'd liberate the lot this evening.

Edited for omission of a word.

Doesn't that apply to just about everything? Sit on something 6 months, and it's no longer being made.

They're toys. Pieces of plastic and metal made for children to beat to Hell. Open them if you want to enjoy something that is more than a box on a shelf that collects dust.

I intend to open them at some point, I just don't want to spend months with nothing in the shops and nothing to open. I'm gonna have to do it gradually I suppose.

Edited for spelling

You still have some movie figures (if you're interested in them). You also have the animated line starting in about 4 months as well. Trust me when I say that Hasbro will find a way to keep at least one line on the shelves.

The movie line really isn't grabbing me anywhere but I am grateful for it considering the almost total Tf famine we had to endure around these parts before it came along. As I mentioned in another thread I do enjoy having a few around to look forward to opening as long as more can be got, you're probably right though. I suppose I'm just giving in to morbid anxiety
