Who else wants a reissue/Classics Monstructor?

I really, really like Monstructor. But the moldy, slimey shells and Bristleback's case of GPS kind of make it not worth today's price for one. I would love a reissue that used plastic shells and non-gold plastic for Bristleback. If that is out of the question, I want some kind of updated new version of it that is faithful to the original complete with pretender shells and including all six figures.
Anyone else want one?

I wouldn't mind seeing one, I love G1 combiner teams.
IF they ever do it I sure do hope they get around to doing reissues for the other G1 combiner sets.

Takara's big excuse for not doing any reissues is the shocking amount of KOs of increasing quality. But the main combiner KO line doesn't have Monstructor in any form so they don't have an excuse there. Of course, Monstructor was never released by Takara as Monstructor but Hasbro could reissue him for sure. Hasbro tends to use the same excuse as Takara but it really doesn't apply to Monstructor. What do you think? Is a reissue possible, probability aside? And what about a Classics version? An Updated Monstructor would be great. After all, he has been making quite a few appearances lately in comics.
Heck, Skowl got his Universe Seacons so maybe I can get my Universe Monster Pretenders.

aye, i'd dearly love to see and updated one too, as these gestalts are the ones i would have liked to have back then in the 80s. but maybe they could make the scale more larger and the individual pretender bots more posable...that'd be awesome.

I think it would be intresting to see a classics version of this figure. There are really possiblity for this figure with today technology.

I'd buy one. Heck, I'd buy most of the G1 combiners if they were reissued/translated into Classics. But only at retail, as I'm not a member of the Collector's Club, so I'll miss out on the Seacons.

yeah I had to throw away my slimy mold for one of them.
I look at him and I'm sad, he's never been complete and never will be.
if they remmake him, he needs a new paint job, his face for example SUX
it's just grey the whole thing inside the helmet is just grey.

I'd gladly take a Monstructor and Dinoking both as reissues. I don't need em as Classics.

For starters I love my Monstructor, and I'd love to see an updated version, but I have to wonder why other people are starting to want a Classics Monstructor. The thing that makes Monstructor cool is that he is comprised of PRetenders, and everyone seems to be basically anti-Pretenders. Don't try giving me this Monstructor has knees crap, because they weren't really designed as knees, and they are not very functional knees either. Must be his IDW appearance that's getting people on the Monstructor wagon......that was a cool surprise.

Im gonna go against the grain here and say no. Mainly cause I didnt like monstructor then and probably wouldn't like him now.
Now get me a classice Menasor, and we'll be in business.

I wouldn't mind seeing ANY gesalts in the classics line. The Devastator repaint doesn't really count in my book since it didn't use all 6 constructicons.
While the stunticons would be cool, I'd really like to see Abominus!

I'd love a classics Monstructor. But he better be big enough to kick Energn OS's ass!

I was disappointed with Monstructor when I first saw him at a convention. It's hard to imagine such a sinister gestalt being a threat when he's scarcely taller than a Voyager. If Hasbro releases a larger Classics Monstructor (without the shells if necessary), he might just give Predaking a run for his money.

I'm planning on buying the KO oversized version of Monstructor at some stage.
Would like to see him and other obscure G1 characters get the Classics treatment especially the Actionmasters. I'd settle for Armada Skywarp repainted as Skyfall or Energon Divebomb as Banzai-tron.

There's a scaled-up KO of Monstructor?
Where?

Well I found the
Monstructor KO with what is quite possibly the worst colour scheme in history. Looks like G2 Bruticus has finally met his match.
