Dear Transformer lovers,

I'm from China. 20 years ago, when Transformers was hot on TV, Optimas Prime was tremendous expensive to little boy as I was. Now time changed, I can afford the money, but don’t know where to buy those toys always in my dream. Thanks for god, I found this fantastic website where fans of transformers all of the world get together.

My friend is on a business trip in Orlando. I asked him to buy MP-01 (Optimus Prime) & MP-05 (Megatran) for me there, but he just couldn’t find where to buy after looking for in Toys R US, Target and many other place.

Could any buddy here kindly give me the thread by which my friend can buy MP-01 (Optimus Prime) & MP-05 (Megatran) in Orlando? It’s running out of time, cause he will be back to China this Friday!

Tons of thanks!!!!!

The MP line is issued by Takara from japan.. You'll never get mp-01 or mp-05 in orlando at those stores you mentioned. Try get them from ebay or other online toy stores. If your friend goes to china, tell him to buy them in hong kong and ship them to you. It's alot cheaper there.

Millions of thanks!

Just told my friend this sad news… :-(

Then what series of transformer toys can we buy in Orlando? Is that possible to get Voyager/leader Class Optimus Prime, Megatron, or others?

Yes, you should be able to find all the movie toys, some classics and maybe even some alternaters and left over items from the Cybertron line in Toys R Us, Walmart and Target.

Thx a lot!
While my friend told me those moive toys and other transformer toys he saw in Toys R Us are poor in quality and looks not good. So I’m really having no idea whether and which to buy…:(

If you want to get the best Movie toys, get the big Optimus Prime (Leader class, cost US$40). Its the very best there is. It may look plasticy, but plays very well. If you even like to paint your toys, you can turn it into something very cool looking. If your friend is lucky, he might find it in Target, TRU or Walmart. But its not easy to find Optimus these days. Mostly sold out in stores. For the MP-01 & MP-05, look for any import toy stores in Orlando. If not, you just have to order online.

Thx for your comments. Ok, let me try beast wars, though I’m not very familiar with this series… but at least I can get a playable prime, right? God bless me to get a prime…

if you have big bucks to blow, why not consider getting mp-04, that's prime with the trailer.

are you just getting back into transformers?

for beast wars, their 10th anniversary toys ended last year, its hard to find them, THE BEST place to find tarnsformers is online...
